After you complete a lesson, its grammar and vocabulary enter the review system. Vocapi schedules the cards and also lets you choose additional practice when you want it.

Review that asks more of you over time

Vocapi uses FSRS to decide when each grammar pattern or word returns. As your memory becomes more stable, review can move from recognition to recall and writing.

Tap a word and add it to review

Tap a word in a lesson or reading to see its pronunciation, definitions, examples, and word structure. Choose Learn this word to add it to your review queue.

Finish a chapter by writing

Chapter prompts ask you to write several sentences. Feedback shows corrections and explains them; verified gaps can bring a related review card forward.

How mission-supported courses will work

Vocapi will provide the learning software and course structure. Speakers, teachers, and community partners will decide how their language and knowledge are represented.

No course paywall

Mission-supported courses have no course paywall or trial expiry.

Community review is part of the agreement

Formal community work requires consent, review rights, attribution, and a way out.

Every source must be traceable

Language materials need a known origin, a usable rights basis, and a correction path.
