I need help signing in

Delete your account
Link to “Delete your account”In Vocapi, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm the deletion.
This permanently removes your account and learning records, including progress, reviews, and streaks. It cannot be undone. Third-party diagnostic and transaction records follow the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
An active subscription must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play.
Access your data with other tools

Both provide read-only access to the data and courses available to your account. To request a copy of your learning data, use the export instructions below.
Request your learning data

We will package your learning data, including reviews, lessons, progression, and preferences, and send it within 30 days.
